I hope everyone is having a nice holiday weekend. We’ve been taking it easy around here but are actually on our way to Seattle to partake in a little boxing day goodness. Really, our computer was being fixed and it’s ready for pickup, but we are embracing having to enter the crazy shopping flurry, with gift cards in hand. Did you know that slugs love this time of year? They get really excited at the idea of crawling into someone’s stocking. While owls, birds, & snails seem to feel more at home under a tree.

When I think about some of my favorite childhood gifts, they seem to fall into the plush friends category.
